Ajay Devgn starrer Drishyam The Conclusion has added another major milestone to its impressive theatrical run. The final chapter of the popular thriller franchise has crossed the Rs. 300 crore mark at the worldwide box office, with its global collections standing at Rs. 314.88 crore. Drishyam The Conclusion has collected Rs. 212 crore nett in India, translating into an India gross of Rs. 252.38 crore. The film has also found a strong audience overseas, where it has grossed Rs. 62.5 crore. Together, the India gross and overseas business have taken the film's worldwide gross to Rs. 314.88 crore. The milestone is particularly significant considering the film has achieved it early in its theatrical run. Drishyam The Conclusion opened in cinemas on October 2 and immediately struck a chord with audiences, registering Rs. 62 crore on its opening day in India. The film went on to collect Rs. 174 crore over its opening weekend, giving the franchise its biggest opening weekend by a considerable margin. The strong domestic performance has been the biggest contributor to the film's worldwide tally, with the India nett collection now firmly past the Rs. 200 crore mark. At Rs. 212 crore nett, the film has already established itself as one of the biggest Hindi releases of the year, while the Rs. 62.5 crore overseas gross shows that the Vijay Salgaonkar-led franchise has retained its appeal beyond India as well.
