Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes have married, four years after the former Good Morning America co-hosts were taken off-air amid rumours of an alleged affair. Roach, 53, and Holmes, 49, officially tied the knot in a private wedding in Arkansas. A registered wedding license obtained by People reveals the wedding took place on September 19. Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes met as co-anchors of GMA3: What You Need to Know, which they hosted from 2020 to 2022. Instagram/@ajrobach The intimate wedding ceremony marked both Robach and Holmes’ third marriages. Robach was married twice before; once to Tim McIntosh from 1996 to 2009, with the pair sharing two daughters, and a second to Andrew Shue from 2009 to 2022. Meanwhile, Holmes was married to his first wife Amy Ferson until 2007 – whom he shares two children with – and then to Marilee Fiebig from 2010 to 2022. Robach and Holmes co-hosted a show on Good Morning America for just over two years from September 2020, until they were pulled off their in December 2022. This was followed by their official exit from ABC News in January 2023. The co-anchors sparked romance rumours in November 2022 when photos of them holding hands while on holiday in New York went viral. At the time, Robach was married to Shue while Holmes was married to Fiebeg. While the television hosts faced affair rumours, they later clarified that they had already split from their respective partners, though had not made their separations public yet. Robach and Shue said their romance sparked after finding common ground as they were both splitting from long-term partners at the time. Even still, ABC News officials removed Robach and Holmes from the air in late 2022, citing that their relationship caused an “internal and external distraction”. Robach and Holmes were taken off air even though they claimed there was no foul play in their romance, with ABC News officials saying it was an “internal and external distraction”. Instagram/@ajrobach The pair announced their engagement in October 2025 on an episode of their Amy & T.J. podcast. “We are sharing with all of you that we are engaged and we’ve been engaged for just about a month now,” Robach said. Holmes added: “We wanted to let you all know before anybody else was able to. We’ve learned that lesson, I guess, in the past about our relationship.”
