Jimmy Kimmel expressed frustration over Donald Trump's confusing statements on Iran, stating that the ongoing war is happening for reasons known only to Trump. Kimmel joked that the back and forth over the strait of Hormuz has left the country with nothing but uncertainty, likening it to constipation.

Trump has been teasing a potential business partnership with Iran, which Kimmel believes makes no sense. The ABC host quipped that Trump will put his plans on a vision board and will them to be true, before moving on to his threats on social media teasing the military's next conquest. Kimmel asked with exasperation, 'We're doing this again?' and joked that Trump talks about war like he's bragging about women with Billy Bush.

Trump also posted that 'America is back', to which Kimmel responded, 'Just like the McRib and available for a limited time.' He compared having Trump as president to having a Magic 8 Ball, where the outcome is always uncertain. Peace negotiations are set to take place in Pakistan, with JD Vance and Jared Kushner in attendance. Kimmel joked that Trump sent Jared so he could have alone time with Ivanka over the weekend.

Meanwhile, Trump's approval rating is low, with 56% of Americans disapproving and 7% unsure. Kimmel said, 'I don't know who those people are, but they need to get their act together.' There was also a surprise from the White House, as Melania Trump appeared for a press conference with a prepared statement about her reported ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Kimmel asked, 'Why is this happening today?' as he detailed how Melania decided to talk about Epstein despite her husband's attempts to 'bomb' the story out of the headlines.

Kimmel said, 'She must really hate him, I don't know how else to explain it.' Trump claimed to have no idea about Melania's statement, which Kimmel said shows just how smoothly things are running in the White House. Melania claimed not to know Epstein outside of parties and social circles, despite being in a photograph at his house. Kimmel joked, 'Maybe this is the photo that came with the frame.' He called the whole situation 'quite the plot twist'.
