Ondo Finance, a blockchain-based platform focused on tokenizing real-world assets, is partnering with Broadridge Financial Solutions to bring shareholder voting capabilities to tokenized securities. This integration allows holders of over 250 tokenized stocks and ETFs to participate in proxy voting and review prospectuses, regulatory filings, and governance information. Broadridge's Web3-enabled solution connects Ondo's tokenized assets with traditional market governance standards, ensuring investors can access voting rights and corporate disclosures through their wallets. The partnership underscores Ondo's goal of mirroring traditional market standards while adding blockchain benefits like 24/7 accessibility. Broadridge, a leader in investor communications and market infrastructure, integrates Web3 authentication into its ProxyVote platform, enabling seamless voting and governance for both traditional and tokenized securities. This collaboration supports digital asset adoption by providing transparent, verifiable governance infrastructure. Ondo Finance, the largest platform for tokenized stocks, represents 70% of the market with over $700 million in value locked across 250+ tokenized assets across Solana, Ethereum, and BNB Chain. The tokens are fully backed by corresponding stocks or ETFs, with voting rights tied to the issuer’s beneficial ownership of underlying shares. Ondo’s platform is not available in the U.S. and is subject to jurisdictional restrictions.
