JYP Entertainment confirmed on Monday that the immensely popular boy band Stray Kids are gearing up for a major musical return. The K-pop stars are set to launch a new album in August and embark on a highly anticipated global tour. The upcoming record, titled This & That, is officially scheduled to drop on August 7. This launch marks the first album from the group in nine months, following the release of «Do It» from their Skz It Tape project last November. To build excitement for the full record, fans will be treated to an early preview. A digital single named «Run It» will be unveiled at 1 pm on Wednesday and will be officially included on the forthcoming album’s tracklist. Their previous worldwide run wrapped up in October and currently stands as their most expansive live venture to date. That massive tour saw the group perform 56 shows across 35 different cities. While specific dates, venues and ticketing information for the new tour remain under wraps, the announcement has already thrilled their international fanbase. In the meantime, the group continues to dominate the global live music circuit. They recently delivered a headline performance at the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York on June 6. Looking ahead, the band is slated to bring their energetic stage presence to Brazil for the legendary Rock in Rio festival this September.
