Actor Tanishaa Mukerji has offered a candid glimpse into her Mumbai residence, revealing an interesting family detail during a recent appearance on filmmaker Farah Khan’s YouTube show. In the video, Tanishaa took viewers on a tour of her vintage-inspired home and spoke about its unique design, which blends old-world Kolkata charm with Turkish-style décor elements. The house features dramatic staircases, gothic-inspired artwork, and a candle-lit ambience that gives it a distinctive character. During the interaction, Tanishaa shared that much of the home reflects her family’s past, as several pieces of furniture were brought from her mother Tanuja’s residence. She added that she has been living in the same home for nearly 14 years. The conversation took a light-hearted turn when filmmaker Farah Khan jokingly asked about the financial contribution behind the property. In response, Tanishaa revealed that her sister, actor Kajol, played a key role in supporting the home financially. “She paid for it... she signs the cheque books,” Tanishaa said, leading to laughter during the interaction. Farah Khan reacted humorously, noting the simplicity of the arrangement and appreciating the candid revelation. Tanishaa Mukerji, daughter of veteran actor Tanuja, made her Bollywood debut in 2003 and has since appeared in films such as Sarkar, Neal ’n’ Nikki, and the Tamil film Unnale Unnale. She gained widespread public attention during her appearance on Bigg Boss 7 and has also participated in several reality shows over the years.
