TV tonight: Anna Maxwell Martin on telly’s most revealing chatshow

Whatever questions the Assembly – a group of neurodivergent and disabled adults – have in store for her, you can bet they’ll be bold and fascinating. This week, they’re completing the living quarters’ entry lobby – cue Keith trying his hand at an antler gallery wall. There’s also a Welsh language lesson and a touching tribute to the project’s builders. LE Interior Design Masters With Alan Carr 8pm, BBC One Another series of the breezy interior design contest presented by the omnipresent Alan Carr. The contenders start small as some beach huts in Dorset get a glow-up. From a riot of zebra print to endless royal kitsch, it turns out there’s plenty a designer can still do with a tiny space. The opening double bill introduces, among others, Dianne, 68, a transgender farmer and utter sweetheart who hasn’t dated since transitioning, and Olivia, 20, a keen dancer, Down’s syndrome advocate and hair-tossing force of nature whose main concern is breaking her dates’ hearts. LE Mastermind: To Think Like a Killer 9.45pm, BBC Two This illuminating series reveals how Dr Ann Burgess and the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit developed the concept of criminal profiling to catch serial killers in the 1970s. The concluding double bill picks up the story in 1981 as Burgess contends with increasingly upsetting cases and institutional sexism. Graeme Virtue Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service 10pm, Channel 4 More struggling restaurants are shown the light by Gordon Ramsay. Tonight, Mrs White’s Golden Rule Cafe: a family-owned catastrophe in the making, teeming with dodgy equipment, potential fire hazards and “questionable meat”. And just when you think things couldn’t get worse, he uncovers a secret financial crisis. Can Ramsay convince the 101-year-old Mrs White to finally hang up her apron?
