Varanasi: Epic 30 Minutes Will See Rama Clash With Kumbhakarna

The upcoming Telugu film Varanasi is currently under production. Famed writer Vijayendra Prasad has shared exciting details about the movie during a fan interaction. He teased a spectacular thirty-minute sequence that left him completely spellbound. This major sequence depicts an epic war between Lord Rama and Kumbhakarna. Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran will play the role of the antagonist Kumbha. Director SS Rajamouli, last year, confirmed that lead actor Mahesh Babu will appear as Lord Rama for a portion of the film. He described the filming process as a major challenge because every sub-episode felt like an individual movie. Varanasi also stars Priyanka Chopra as Mandakini. It is scheduled to hit theaters for a grand release on April 7, 2027.
