"Feels insanely good to be releasing a body of work and to be able to share with the world what we've been in the studio working on for the past eight months," they say. December 10. Photo credit: Bartek Szmigulski "Feel so damn lucky to have worked in studios in cities across the world with some of the best producers in the world. What is life!! We really hope people love it as much as we do." Tell us three things about yourself . . . I am proudly Irish. I grew up as a boy chorister in the Palestrina Choir. I was in the Gaeltacht when my mum frantically called to let me know she had put me down for the audition for December 10. I had to go home a day early . . . to meet Simon Cowell for the first time!! How would you describe your music? There are seven of us in the band so we are drawing from all our different influences, but I would say the difference is the seven voices - that gives us our sound. Who are your musical inspirations? Mine vary - from Queen, The Beatles to Sam Fender. What was the first gig you ever went to? Oasis Live 25. What was the first record you ever bought? When I was three of four, I used to watch a DVD set of Bieber live on tour and think that it looked like the sickest job in the world. That was what inspired me to get into pop music and want to become a recording artist. What's your favourite song right now? Us Against the World . Admittedly it is ours - but there is also an interpolation with Cutting Crew’s Died in Your Arms - I am yet to find someone who doesn’t like it!! Hope you do too. Favourite lyric of all time? "You and I are going to live forever" – Oasis. Where can people find your music/more information? I hope they can find our music on all reputable streaming services!! And I advise them to listen to it on repeat!! Alan Corr Read Next
