“I put it up my butt ...Rikers style,” Cardi joked . The Am I the Drama? rapper was also on-site for the game’s halftime show , where she performed “Bodega Baddie” and “Bodak Yellow.” Although the San Antonio Spurs ended up defeating the Knicks, Cardi hopped on a late-night Instagram Live stream to say she still had a “blast” watching the game. “The Knicks lost, but I'm still so proud of them. And I'm still so proud of them because it's not like they lost by mad points and shit like that—they was working. It is what it is,” Cardi said, as seen in the video above. “On Wednesday [June 10], I think before the game, all Knicks fans should get on my live and we should pray all together. I think we should have a prayer circle for the Knicks to win.” She also responded to a comment from the chat suggesting Trump’s presence at the game brought “bad luck” to the Knicks, who are in the finals for the first time since 1999 . “It probably was, you know what I'm saying? But it is what it is,” Cardi said. “You can't stop the president from fucking going to a game. But it did feel a little dark in there ... It felt like the principal was there and everybody had to be on their best behavior and shit like that.” She also recalled what it was like to have a first-hand experience with the Secret Police. “You know how you always wonder how they look? Yeah, I saw them in person,” Cardi said. “They was in front of my car. They was making us do mad circles, mad everything. I wasn't even going to complain because I kind of get it.” Editor's Pick
