The law firm that launched sexual harassment class actions against mining giants BHP and Rio Tinto says it has launched a similar lawsuit against iron ore miner Fortescue after taking statements from former employees. JGA Saddler said it had filed the class action with the Victorian registry of the federal court on Thursday, but it would be redacted from public view to protect the identity of the two lead applicants. The action is backed by British litigation funder Aristata Capital.
