PH’s Asia Rose Simpson advances to Miss World 2026 Top 40

She was tested on how a new generation can embrace progress without losing cultural identity, referencing Filipino values like ‘Kapwa’ and ‘Bayanihan.’ Asia, the youngest Miss World Philippines candidate at 18, shared insights on preserving cultural heritage through storytelling, language, and traditions. She previously competed in Miss New Mexico Teen USA and won Miss Congeniality at Miss Teen USA 2023. The pageant’s Top 40 includes entrants from Africa, Europe, Americas, Caribbean, and Asia/Oceania. The format involves automatic qualifiers and judges’ selections, with the Top 6 narrowing down to the final winner and runners-up. The Miss World 2026 coronation will be held in Vietnam on September 5.
