Valentine card from Amy Winehouse up for auction in Woking

A Valentine's Day card sent by Amy Winehouse to her jailed husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is to be auctioned in Woking, Surrey, 15 years after her death. The card was sent in 2008 after Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months in prison for attacking a pub landlord and perverting the course of justice. At the time, Winehouse had already filed for divorce from Fielder-Civil, who she married in May 2007, and was on holiday in the Caribbean with her new boyfriend. The item, part of a large collection of rock memorabilia, is set to be auctioned at Ewbank's in Woking on 26 August. The estimated sale price is up to £4,000. Winehouse, who died from accidental alcohol poisoning in 2011 at age 27, wrote in the card: 'My husband, my Blake, virtue is violent and violets are blue, blue-bruised is my heart, since its beating for you. I love you, handsome. 4 years your Amy x.'
