Connor Storrie, known for his role in the HBO Max series *Heated Rivalry*, made his Saturday Night Live hosting debut on May 5, introducing Olivia Rodrigo’s new song ‘Begged’ before her performance. Rodrigo, a three-time Grammy winner, served as the musical guest and host for the episode. Storrie’s SNL debut followed his breakout role in *Heated Rivalry*, a queer hockey drama created by Letterkenny alum Jacob Tierney. The series, based on romance books by Rachel Reid, centers on rival hockey players Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov, who navigate a long-term relationship. Storrie and co-star Hudson Williams have been featured at major events like the Golden Globes and the 2026 Olympic Torch Relay. Storrie has also secured luxury brand ambassadorships with Saint Laurent and Tiffany & Co. and appeared on the cover of *The Hollywood Reporter*’s Power Stylist issue. The show’s second season is set to premiere in spring 2027, with filming scheduled for August.
