The right playlist can help you push through fatigue and keep going far longer than you otherwise could. According to the study results, the simple act of slipping on a pair of headphones and playing your favourite tunes could helped improve exercise endurance. Music eases discomfort and makes workouts feel manageable. Music doesn’t change heart rate or fatigue levels.
