NCT 127 celebrate 10th anniversary with 'BLINGY' album, shine in playful title track music video

NCT 127 are marking a decade together with a new album and a new chapter ahead. The K-pop group’s seventh full-length album, **BLINGY**, features nine tracks reflecting on their 10-year journey while looking towards what comes next. At the heart of the record is 'Blingy', an explosive hip-hop title track that combines distorted synths, heavy drums, and a chant-led chorus, with elements of rage and dubstep. The accompanying music video portrays NCT 127 as 'Seoul’s fixers', traveling across the city to recover the titular 'Blingy'. TAEYONG contributed to the track’s choreography. The album expands on NCT 127’s signature energy with tracks like 'Legacy', 'Piñata', 'Step Up', and 'IKR', while 'Getaway' and 'Day After Day' explore themes of escape, perseverance, and staying true to oneself. The song '127 Million Miles' brings all seven members together, including DOYOUNG and JUNGWOO, to emphasize the importance of staying connected despite distance. TAEYONG and JOHNNY contributed lyrics to 'I mean, It’s about time', which reflects on the group’s first decade and their promise to keep moving forward together. The release follows NCT 127’s appearances at KCON LA and a guest performance on America’s Got Talent, where they performed 'Piñata' ahead of the album’s release. The group is set to embark on their fifth world tour, **NCT 127 5TH TOUR ‘NEO CITY – THE REDLINE’**, beginning with three shows at Seoul’s KSPO DOME from 18 to 20 September, followed by performances in Jakarta, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and Taipei.
