Strategy officially sold 1,638 BTC for $104.73 million, with proceeds split between dividends ($52.4M) and repurchases ($52.3M). It separately bought back 912,143 STRC shares for $81.2M. The company’s Bitcoin holdings remain at 842,138 BTC, valued at $63.51 billion. MARA’s transfer to Two Prime, valued at $384.6M, could relate to asset management rather than a sale. MARA’s 2025 annual report states it may buy or sell Bitcoin based on market conditions.
