The Violent Hour, the heavy rock group formed by Carla Harvey (ex-Butcher Babies, Lords of Acid) and Anthrax/Pantera drummer Charlie Benante, have released their new single “Screenager.” The track is the first taste of the band’s upcoming debut album and marks the latest chapter for the project, which began with Harvey and Benante writing together before expanding into a full band. “Screenager” features Harvey on vocals, with the current lineup rounded out by Kiana De León and Allie Kay on guitar, Jewel Steele on bass, and Sasha De León on drums. Attila Vörös also contributes a guest guitar solo to the new track. The Violent Hour will also bring “Screenager” to the stage with several festival appearances this fall, including Rocklahoma, Louder Than Life, and Aftershock.
