The boy band Tomorrow X Together will be the only Korean act at the Sept. 26 Global Citizen Festival in New York’s Central Park. A poster announced the band’s performance at the 2026 Global Citizen Festival on Sept. 26. The band’s agency, BigHit Music, confirmed this on Friday. The festival will feature artists like John Legend, Lenny Kravitz, Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, Lainey Wilson, and Shaboozey alongside Tomorrow X Together. The event, hosted by actor Hugh Jackman, aims to raise awareness on global issues such as ending extreme poverty, climate change, and reducing inequality. Previous K-pop artists like NCT 127, BTS’s Jungkook, and Blackpink’s Lisa and Rosé have participated. Tomorrow X Together debuted in 2019 with the EP ‘The Dream Chapter: Star’ and is known for songs like ‘9 and Three Quarters (Run Away)’ (2019) and ‘Sugar Rush Ride’ (2023). The band is also scheduled to perform at KCON LA 2026, with member Yeonjun giving a solo performance on Saturday and the band headlining the following day. Additionally, Tomorrow X Together will appear at the 2026 TMElive International Music Awards on Aug. 22.
